Welcome to Healing Our Spirit Worldwide - The Sixth Gathering. We’d like to get to know you a little better before you come so please provide us with the following information. Please fill out a separate application for each member of your family or group. Your contact information will be used to keep you abreast of HOSW events and activities. You may register online below or complete the mail in application form and submit it along with your payment to:
REGISTRATION & FEES
Registration fees include admission to all regular sessions, opening and closing ceremonies, village and marketplace, pre- and post-gathering activities on O‘ahu from September 3-10, 2010. The opening and closing ceremonies will include a meal. No other meals are included with your registration. Seating is limited at some sessions and events requiring early registration to ensure your participation. All participants must register for the full Gathering. NOTE: NO Single Day Registration.
SPECIAL PROGRAMS
Special Educational and Cultural Events are being planned to coincide with HOSW The Sixth Gathering. These include the HOSW Culture, Arts & Healing Festival, E Himeni Kakou Choral Festival, and several Huaka'i (excursions) to healing sites and storied places. Seating for these events is limited and may require tickets and/or additional fees, please check back regularly as we will be updating this site to register for these events.

HOSW 2010 Registration Information Paying for more than one person?
We are offering groups of 10 or more a 10% discount on the registration fees. Please be sure to indicate the number of people you are registering and include completed applications for each person in your group. All application forms must be received along with payment to assure registration is complete and accurate.
Institutions and organizations paying for group registrations:
In order to be eligible for the early bird rate and the 10% discount on groups/bulk rates (ex. Makua/Adult Rate $400-$40 =$360), payment must be received by the early bird deadline of September 30, 2009.
In addition, all names and completed applications must be received by July 31, 2010. The institution/organization must designate one authorized contact person who will be the only person that can make changes to the name list you provided. All individuals must pick up their own registration materials and must have a picture ID. REFUNDS:Request for refunds will be accepted until July 15, 2010. There will be a $50 (US Dollars) processing fee per application for each refund requested. No refunds after July 15, 2010. Name changes will be allowed. Should you have any questions regarding your application or The Sixth Gathering, please email us at info@hosw.com . PAYMENT INFORMATION –US DOLLARSPlease include certified check, international money orders, bank drafts and purchase orders in US Dollars made payable to: HOSW – 2010. Checks not certified will not be accepted after July 31, 2010. A $50 US Dollars fee will be assessed for all returned checks.
